Oh hi!

I was just decorating the background of my website. Don’t you think that will make it look better in here?

I’m Sari, and besides doodling on the walls, I love all the moments that Judaism gives me to be creative, be happy, and have fun! From taking a big bite of a juicy apple dripping with honey, to lighting candles for Chanukah (carefully!), to helping people just because I know they need help, there is so much to celebrate and savor, but my absolute favorite part is sharing that joy with other people, especially kids!

I spent years teach kids of all ages in my classroom. Now, I spend my time inventing wacky new ideas to help kids to learn on their own, or for grown-ups to learn with them!

I write and illustrate interactive books, I am always adding fun new drawings, activities and videos on my Instagram and Facebook (and now TikTok), and you can subscribe to stay up to date on my latest adventures on my mailing list!

Oh! And if you ask nicely, I’ll even come visit you through a screen or in person to help grownups remember how fun it is to be a kid, or to help kids figure out how fun it is to be Jewish! Or if I’m not available, maybe I’ll send some of “my wacky friends” to help out...
